Working within the Retail sector providing Architectural services to Clients and Contractors alike. Project Managing/running, producing all drawings and information in Autodesk Revit. As well as producing marketing material for the company to go out to new clients.

Duties generally the same as previous, continued working on projects from an Architectural perspective.Produced own marketing material for a new service offered from the Affordable/Social Housing team through myself - Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments. Successfully brought work in by approaching existing and new Clients of own initiative and personal approach. Produced Pre-Assessments to Post Construction Stage assessments on schemes ranging from 3 dwellings upto 208 dwellings.Successfully trained up junior colleagues to assist on assessments and give them further career development.Whilst CSH assessments were going on, presented the benefits of utilizing BIM to all Directors in the office, 4 presentations in total prevailed with a Youth Centre project being set a side to be produced in Autodesk Revit. Following some criticism another 2 Social Housing projects were assigned to be produced in Revit.Trained junior and other colleagues to use Revit, enabling them to work in the software confidently.

Worked as part of a team of Architects and Technicians specializing in Affordable/Social housing projects, from small blocks of apartments to major mixed tenure developments. Provided expert knowledge to Contractor Clients, End Users and other consultants. Produced all RIBA Stage E-F information, in the form of 2d construction drawings. First hand experience dealing with site queries and other matters arising during the Construction phase.Successfully introduced the implementation of Autodesk Revit on a single project, a form of closed BIM (no collaboration).Managed projects from initial tender stage to completion, projects included Extra Care schemes and general apartment blocks.

Worked as part of a small technical team, in a Aluminium Curtain Walling / Window Manufacturer, producing drawings for manufacturer and on site installment, including details of junctions.
