Ensure working closely with the Project Director, Field Team & Program Manager.Monitoring the performance of the teams for implementation of the program.Coordinating with internal officials and external officials like Government, NGOs and other organizations for partnership building.Maintaining a close relationship with Government officials, NGOs and other associations for effective implementation of the program.Conducting combined and individual team meetings, review the work done by the teams.Identifying the backlogs of the teams and providing solutions to improve the performance.Closely observing the developments/issues in the life’s of elders or society and accordingly preparing and assigning the work to the teams with compliance of higher management.Playing an effective role in connecting the field teams with government officials, NGOs, etc.Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports through dashboard.Represent field team in review and share feedback with the team wherever required. Maintain field roster and allot work to all the members.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.Hiring volunteers on honorarium for the proposed project location.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.Collaboration and partnership building with stakeholders like other NGO's and Government of J&K. Plan the project execution on time and delivery of services to the desired community groups.Identify and hire the community volunteers for field work.Execute and monitor the project at filed level. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to State project officer and Project Manager.

• Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements.• Controls subcontracted discipline engineering documents.• Defines engineering requirements.• Prepares the technical documentation for systems and telecommunication requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.• Provides technical support to Project group.• Optimizes systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.• Prepares telecommunication equipment data sheets.• Prepares functional analysis.• Prepares systems and telecommunication material take-off.• Implements detail engineering activities (layouts, routings, supports...).• Performs the F.A.T. (Factory Acceptance Test) • Radio Frequency Survey determining coverage region of proposed new cell Site and for deciding the type of link connectivity with another cell site. • EMF Survey to check the emission of harmful radiations from the cell site.• Drive Test in entire coverage area of cell site with the use of 5G, 3G, CDMA, LTE drive test tools. • Single Cell Verification & Functional Test. • Acceptance Test Procedure. • Installation & Commissioning of Cell Sites
