- Design basic drawing of PLN Telecommunication Project- Manage PLN and contractor’s Telecom Project- Test and commissioning telecom material such as Mux, TP , PABX, PLC- Communicate with SELTA (Italy) for PO and delivery Telecom Material- Communicate with SELTA (Italy) for technical specification telecom material- Filling up Technical particular and guarantee of product telecom SELTA- Communicate with customer (PLN or other contructor) for project telecom material- Following the Tender in PLN Unit- Create a Quotation for support client's project

- Received Customer Complaint (PLN)- Coordination with other division (performance, NOC, Activation, Region )- Received Escalation Procedure- Customer Visit- Reporting period (daily, weekly, monthly)- Planning Improvement- Manage service level agreement- Coaching and Conseling
