1. Responsible for the operational integrity of all hardware, operating systems and core components 2. Responsible for the operational integrity of the computer network and itscomponents 3. Responsible for the continued availability for INTERNET access including Domain Name Servermanagement Routine Duties:1. Upgrade or install operating systems and layered products.2. Monitor the performance and make improvements.3. Monitor server system logs including firewalls4. Monitor and maintain performance of network and network components, including firewalls.5. Add and delete server accounts.6. Maintain firewalls.Special Duties:1. Assist with medium and long range computer facility, data communication and systems planning.2. Act as project leader on projects relating to the installation of hardware and software upgrades; andto assign and supervise smaller operational, technical and maintenance tasks.3.
