I am been hired by SNC Lavalin which is now Kentz, to train the operators of the KIPIC refinery. The simulators are supplied by Honeywell. The units covered are ARDS, Heavy Oil Cooling (HOC), Tankfarm, Amine Recovery Unit (ARU),Sour Water Stripper (SWS) and Boilers. The trainees are taught about the process, how to handle the panel, ways to troubleshoot, building up their capabilities and more.

During the tenure of 7+ years, Kongsberg awarded me with all the responsibilities of OTS. The experience of 13 projects made me understand the requirements of clients, ways to deliver OTS under the limitations of engineers and software.Appraise my success, with leading & execution of more than 12 OTS projects and by the 5 roles awarded to me.recently role was to train the control room operators (CRO’s) on subject of commissioning of the process & unit equipment’s and understanding the process. I joined in as a fresher had a rigorous training course of 3 months before been assigned to Purified Terepthalic Acid (PTA) plant. In plant we were trained on its operations and various projects were handed over, after evaluation I was shifted to Technical services for PTA plant.
