• Preparing minutes of meeting, monthly progress reports and payment certificates;• Preparing minutes of meeting, monthly progress reports and payment certificates;• Coordinating with official offices of government agencies supervising the projects;• Supervising the installation of approved materials by subcontractors to specifications;• Approving all contractors submittals including material, shop drawings, method statements and prequalification of subcontractors;• Reviewing monthly payment certificates;• Providing technical assistance for contractors in developing control milestones schedules in attempt to overcome or mitigate occurred delays; • Ensuring implementation of QA/QC, HSE measures by the Contractors in accordance with the international standards and local regulations as mentioned in the contract documents;• Corresponding with contractors on progress, coordination, health & safety, environment, and contractual issues;• Maintaining precise site records that form part of the contemporary records required to evaluate the validity of events giving rise to claim; • Evaluating and approving the extension of time and cost claims of the contractors;• Preparing initial and final hand-over reports with the appropriate authorities;• Closeout contractual and administrative activities of project i.e. final settlement of project contracts, acceptance of contract deliverables, collection of contract documents and records ( such as built drawings and maintenance manuals, etc,…) and approval of final payment.
