The BD Manager will be responsible to lead Business Development activities initially in MENA Region .Responsibilities- Promote and market products and Services to new clients.- Identify new business opportunities.- Improve Relations and business with existing accounts- Implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of company goals.- Identify technical and commercial risks.- Minimizes risks through an appropriate strategy and action plan.- Assess markets as defined by clients, sectors, locations and services.- Develop and utilize industry contacts to define opportunities and develop new clients.- Develop opportunities for proposals and presentations and ensure effective execution of presentations and formal RFI, RFP and RFQs.- Prepare and submit proposal information to ensure successful pre-qualification.- Maintain close liaison with clients on successful and unsuccessful quotes and report on the results.- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

(API products, Inspection, certification and Spares, Service).- Develop marketing surveys for the business plan and maintain these in line with market conditions and changes. - Identify new customers, through local joint venture opportunities, or new contracts and services.- Where new facilities are implemented for OPCs products and services apply best practice in either setting up or improving equipment and workflow to meet the business needs. Support the initial start-up and management as the facilities are integrated and operational.- Develop a level of customer relationships that will deliver sustainable growth and also following customer visits.- Assist in the development of key marketing material to help promote the company regionally.

• Overall management and supervision of the project execution for their area of assignment commencing from engineering to commissioning of the project and reports to the Project Manager. • Establishing and organizing management guidelines and administration procedures, which are specific to the project including a contract administration procedures and project implementation.• Preparing, administering and managing contracts with the materials & contracts division.• Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.• Ensure contractor’s design is fit for purpose and confirm to client and industry standards.• Managing and overseeing the functional performance of the contractor’s personnel in carrying out their responsibilities for the project;• To check proposals are in accordance of specification, submission compliance procedures, and make recommendations for Bid.• Review and approve work procedures, program/scheduling and reports including progress, costs and close out reports;• Evaluate critical issues affecting schedule and cost and provide necessary recommendation;• Manage contracts by rendering contractual support on resolving disputes, evaluation of claims, variations and settlement of final account.• Strong experience on the legalities of terms and conditions.• Lead the negotiation with contractors for amicable settlements and final project close out.• Supervise submission of project documentation for approval;• Lead/Co-ordinate interfacing with related disciplines, procurement activities and project activities including testing and commissioning;• Review and endorse project final reports including lessons learned prepared by Team Personnel;• Other related tasks expressly assigned by Project Manager.

• Determine appropriate products or services with clients to define projects scope, requirements, and deliverables.• Review completeness of all documentation (test results, certification and reports) submission and make recommendations for approval.• Check on compliance of execution of works to specifications and procedures, issue and compile all non-conformity reports and site notification for the Project.• Review field inspection and test procedures/reports.• Co-ordinate project punch list and final documentation; and other related tasks expressly assigned by Project Manager.• Report/Manage and oversee the functional performance of the contractor’s personnel in carrying out their responsibilities for the project at site. • Responsible for the management and execution of quality assurance and quality control including surveillance program.• Issue/compile all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Notifications (SN) for the project.• Issue/ compile and approve all Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers for the project.• Issue/ compile and approve all Provisional Acceptance (PA) dossiers for the project.• Issue/ compile and approve Projects Final Acceptance (FA), including the final payments and ensure project close-out without further disputes.• Review and approve the final close out report of the project.• Review change order/work order requests from other contractors and evaluate/advise on claims proposals.• Review, assess and make recommendations on contractual issues/claims raised by other contractors.

• Manage all stages of Instrumentation engineering through the full phase of the project from conceptual study and FEED, through to Hook up and commissioning.• Review and approve Instrumentation study reports, data sheet; instrument Index, MTO, hook-up drawings, etc…• Review detailed engineering deliverables.• Review vendor data for incorporation in AFC documentation & As-build.• Review requirements and inspection for Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and reports.• Knowledge and experience in the design and site testing of DCS and ESD systems and be able to demonstrate experience field equipment installation and overall loop testing and handover procedures.• Good experienced in reviewing specifications of new systems (DCS, ESD, Fire & Gas, Telecom and PAGA systems) and Integration with existing systems. Interface principles between new systems and existing ones.• Review field inspection and test procedures.• Review and approve work procedures, program/scheduling and reports. • Review completeness of all documentation (test results, certification and reports) submission before approval.• Check on compliance of execution of works to specifications and procedures.• Co-ordinate testing and commissioning requirements.

• Carry out inspection of equipment and materials received, stored, preserved and maintained at sites with the assistance of the rest of contractors’ personnel.• Report to QC unit; check all instrumentation works in order to maintain an acceptable quality level.• Supervise all instrument installations, cabling, termination, tagging and calibration to ensure the quality criteria are kept and no violation has occurred.• Supervise the inspection for all instrumentation tests such as continuity test, isolation test.• Ensure contractor compliance with client requirements/ specification. • Report to clients QC unit and coordinate for inspection. • Maintain records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.• Maintain the latest revision of all contract documents, drawings, specifications and standards, required for quality Assurance, quality control and inspection.• Review and check on compliance of execution of works to specifications and procedures, issue all Non Conformity Reports (NCR) and Site Notification (SN) for the Project.
