I am responsible for server management and configuration, adding and managing employee accounts, and setting up RAID for storage. Additionally, I provide IT support to employees, including hardware setup, printer connections, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Developing apps with Flutter-Dart, every single project make a new challenge with new properties, I loved this job because every day I learn new thing, the first year was the hardest one due to the few search’s resources and packages because Flutter was new in the entire world, this job need problems solving skills, smart thinking, good searching skills and keep in touch with new updates, I learned that was impossible to learn all the packages in the world, but with good search it’s possible to make every project see the lights, also we have to make reports every two or three days about our tasks, issues, projects errors, responsive, backups, and more, and we learned how important to make backups every one or two days, The work system is mixed between working from the company’s headquarters and full-time remote work until the beginning of the year 2024. The work has become part-time remotely according to the available software projects.

This job responsible of serving customers and solving problems, the most hard thing in the job is dealing with about 240 customer per a day, every one of them have a different attitude and different problem or request, also we need keep customer privacy all time, reporting with emails and complaints system every day, about 20 email and 10 complaints per a day, in this role we have to keep our state for every single call as the same as the first call in the day, that wasn’t easy according to the huge number of the calls, I feel thankful for our team leaders who do their best to make that possible, I know that’s was hard on them according to the huge number of agents in the call center, everyone in this center work hard as a bee in the cell, also we learned to deal with the time by the minutes and the seconds, every second in our time make different.

• This job responsible of serving customer and solving problems, making deals with other companies, keep contact with organizations and companies, Track the developers and ensure timely completion of the work, the most hard thing in the job is giving all time to the jobs calls, I was receiving calls all the day and night in any time, it’s hard to get any personal time, but it was very nice to keep in touch with the people, receiving thanks makes your day, and about the problems solving, as a Software company we have to offer a software to solve customers’ problems, and that’s need to listen to the customer problem, analysis the old systems they use if there any of them, find if there are any ability to upgrade or rebuild the system from the zero with new features.
