I followed the path of being an ideator, marketer and a copywriter from the day I received a remark in a school essay: 'This story is imaginative, delightful, and makes me want to read more.' Interestingly, that story was about a donkey, but the remark motivated me. Not every donkey ends up like an ass in stories after all.With 10 years in the industry, I've crafted impactful campaigns spanning diverse sectors, from CPG and technology to entertainment and beauty, etc. From human insight-based creative strategies to crafting TV commercials and winning awards for innovative thinking, my journey reflects versatility. My work has been recognized by The Drum and Gold Sabre Awards, among many other Indian awards for various campaigns. I also represented VML (Formerly - The Glitch) as a creative star at the WPP world conference for creativity and leadership held in Indonesia in 2019. Here at VML (Formerly - The Glitch), with just 7 years of collective work experience, I grew to the role of a Creative Director and continued as a CD at Ogilvy. My other work experiences include beginning my career at Edelman and most recently working as a freelancer in India, Sri Lanka, Dubai, the UK and Canada. I’ve had the fortunate chance to work for brands like Uber Eats, Unilever’s Pond’s/Dove/Vaseline, Cadbury Dairy Milk, TikTok, Kotex, TLC etc; alongside Indian favorites such as Reliance Group Brands, Tata Group Brands, and Asian smart device giants like realme & OPPO. I've led successful ventures in digital/social media marketing, traditional advertising, brand building, product launches, and more. Celebrity tantrums, influencer management, low attention spans, complex briefs, and depleting resources—there is no challenge I haven't learned how to overcome in my experience. Now, standing at the nexus of experience and innovation, I'm excited to delve into the transformative potential of AI in creative communication.
