He was born in Istanbul in 1986.In 2005, he was accepted to Maltepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cartoon Animation with a Full Scholarship.In April 2009, he finished his and his school's first short animation, "VOL". Then he shot the short fiction film called "Altıpatlar Tekkale". The films "VOL" and "Altıpatlar Tekkale" were shown at many international and national film festivals and receive awards. He graduated from school with honors in 2010 and became an honor student.He started working in the advertising industry in 2011. Towards the end of the year, he shot the documentary "Random to Hug The Wind". The documentary, participated in many international and national festivals and received awards in the documentary category.He founded his own company, Nortarts, in 2013. His company, Nortarts, worked with important brands in the field of Video, Animation, Photography, Graphics, etc. in the Visual Arts and Advertising sector.In 2017, he founded Nort Technology to bring entertainment and design under one roof and produce content suitable for today's conditions. He provided professional services on Mobile App, Mobile Game, AR and VR content. In 2018, he created the filmaldim brand which is an e-commerce start-up and the Filmaldım brand developed its vision by becoming eligible to participate in development programs such as ITU Cekirdek and E-Tohum. After 2020, Filmaldım turned into a brand that focuses on Platform Supported Entrepreneurship. As of 2023, it is an award-winning member of Turkey's largest E-Commerce Platform, Trendyol.He was invited to become a member of the Advisory Board of Maltepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Cartoon Animation Department, which he graduated from in 2020. He enrolled in Istanbul University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management Master's Program in 2021. In September 2023; He graduated with his project titled "Sustainability in the Film Industry; Dynamics of Türkiye". In 2023, he started teaching at Maltepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cartoon Animation. He also works as a Development and Education Mentor at the 360 Vision Development Center affiliated with Beykoz Municipality.He is also a member of the SESAM, association of the film industry. It has the official Producer and Publisher certificate approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.Bulut currently works actively in companies called Nortarts, Filmaldım, Nort Technology, and continues his personal film work, various venture project work, training and Advisory Board membership.
