During my time at Note Cosmetics, I was responsible for the production of liquid and powder products. I managed all stages of the production process to enhance the efficiency of production lines and ensure smooth operations. To maintain the highest level of product quality, I rigorously implemented quality control procedures. I ensured that production processes adhered to ISO standards, resulting in consistently high-quality products. In a non-shift working environment, I optimized production planning and effectively managed workforce and production capacity. I evaluated existing procedures and led process improvement projects to boost efficiency in production processes.Additionally, I participated in various R&D projects to further develop liquid and powder production processes. In these projects, I contributed to the formulation and development of production processes for new products.

I have held the position of Production Specialist in the cream and shampoo department at Kopaş Kozmetik for 6 years, working under the production umbrella. I have taken on responsibilities in developing myself and supporting processes in various production areas (hair dye, liquid, wax). I adhere to working methods that comply with ISO 22716 GMP, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Halal Assurance System, and all other legal procedures. I manage daily operational tasks such as establishing shift systems for the team, monitoring and reporting workforce and capacity utilization, ensuring production employees work in compliance with safety regulations, machine and equipment usage procedures, maintaining quality in production processes in accordance with GMP standards, making procurement requests related to my department, ensuring the efficient and effective use of purchased materials, and entering production data into the SAP system. I have also been involved in conducting R&D trials for process improvement.

After completing my university education, I began my professional career as a Quality Control Supervisor at Berkosan, a company specialized in polymer production. I was responsible for ensuring and maintaining quality standards at every stage of the production process. By conducting quality control of the materials used in manufacturing, I ensured the continuity of quality standards on the production line. This experience not only provided me with a solid foundation in quality control but also significantly enhanced my knowledge and skills in production processes.
