Seckin Construction - OsmaniyeAfter meeting with Seçkin Construction Company in Osmaniye Center, I worked as a construction site project controller in their ongoing projects.I ensured that the work was completed on time, within budget and with the desired quality by following the work schedule in the project operation.By managing the team coordination in the construction site environment, I successfully completed the follow-up processes of the materials to be purchased and assembled. I took an active role in achieving consensus in the customer-specific design process.

After graduating from my school, I opened a company in Skopje, Macedonia, where my school is located, and started to take restoration, renovation and renovation works, turnkey works in old buildings. In this process, I have improved myself a lot in terms of how to communicate with potential people and my customers, at the point of material supply, at the point of finding work and workers. In Macedonia, I fulfilled my duty as an architect in approximately 150-200 high-rise buildings, workplaces, renovation and restoration works of state buildings. Doing this job played a big role in me in terms of communication and imagination, and most of all in terms of work experience.

In January 2017 , Stupah Construction and Industry Inc. my role in the project; “ FINE WORKS SUPERVISOR (INTERNSHIP) “ During my internship, I gained construction site experience in housing projects. By performing field manufacturing controls and quality controls, I realized the timely shipment of materials to the site and the follow-up of assembly processes.I carried out the management process of subcontractors by ensuring team coordination. I evaluated the progress of the project and ensured that it progressed in coordination with the design office.
