Focusing on development of promotional programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers, category management working with each trade marketing manager (planogram, promotion, merchandizing, communication ) for key accounts or special projects, identify category plans including range and merchandise proposals, development and execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development, recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales, providing feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives, sales forcasting, working closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.

Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products, reaching the targets and goals set for the area, establishing, maintaining and expanding company's customer base, servicing the needs of company's existing customers, setting sales targets for individual reps and sales team as a whole, monitoring sales team's performance and motivating them to reach targets, collecting customer feedback and market research.

Assist Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target, market research, researching distribution activities of company​, coordinating with Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget, recommending creative and cost effective promotional activities, assisting in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials, generating sales and marketing reports to management when needed.​
