Principles in CACDA informed the data collection process (Twitter now X), the development of annotation guidelines, a logical flowchart and a Google Form-based platform for annotating war-related tweets by politicians. The reliability and validity of the annotated dataset are assessed through a pilot annotation task and expert reviews, which led to subsequent refinements in the guidelines, scheme, and platform. The extended annotation process produced a dataset with 44 labels divided into three categories. This dataset is used for exploratory, corpus, relational and computational analyses.
