• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.• Control costs by auditing inventory records and identifying slow-moving materials that impact overall expenses.• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.• Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points to ensure optimal stock levels.• Conduct training for warehouse employees.• Implement Store Procedures according to company approved ISO standard.• Ensure the efficient operation of the ERP system (SAP B. One 9.3) and provide training to users.• Create master entries in SAP specially, blanket agreements and maintain records.• Expertise in modules: Inventory, Procurement, Sales, HRMS, QHSEC, Fleet, and Project Management.• Modify Crystal Reports in SQL and generate new reports in Query Manager as needed.• Manage all IT-related needs, including managing server, SQL, LAN, WAN, network, remote site connectivity, emails, and CCTV etc.

During Marmul Falcon's EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract with Daleel Petroleum Oman, handled a variety of warehouse and administrative activities in Oil & Gas Field.• Manage the Inventory Management System, which includes receiving of Oil & Gas related materials like, electrical, civil,drilling,maintenance and overhead line material, inspecting it, placing it, following up on it, and finally issuing it as per cost centre.• Collaborated closely with site management to operate the warehouse as per client needs.• Prepare invoices in accordance with the client's blanket purchase agreement.• Working on the HRMS and handling all administrative duties such as personnel records management.• Manage subcontractors, timesheets, and camp maintenance, among other things.
