My dad used to say to me, if you need a tool more than twice, you should own it. I have my own version of his philosophy: If you come across the same problem more than twice, you should find a solution, and if none exist to your liking, then innovate.I came to Australia in 2004 to study engineering when I was 18 with no family and started working in the electrotechnology industry in 2006. In more than a decade of experience in teaching in Electrotechnology industry, there was one problem I found that's getting more and more attention these days - Learner engagement.With a lot of attempts to solve this problem, I finally innovated a solution to my liking. In 2017, I started a company, Infinispark, where we design and manufacture electrical training equipment and training videos.
