Approve cost estimates, quantities and prepare Design Basis Report for structural designs.Assist in preparation of Contract Documents along with Bill of Quantities to arrive at a reasonable Cost to complete the projectKey Job Profiles (Design):To Prepare detailed structural drawings after analysing and generating structural members using softwares like CSI -ETABS , STAAD Pro etc.To Examine Bending Moments, Base reactions, Shear forces and the structure’s capacity to resist Seismic Vibrations conforming to Indian Standards (IS codes).To design various types of foundations like Raft Foundation, Piles (End bearing), Individual and Combined Pad footings and To Prepare detailed specifications for all construction items to be executed at site and also to specify the materials and Grade of Concrete and Reinforcement to be used for construction work, so as it complies with the prevailing building codes.To Analyse the material test reports of various construction materials as per prevailing building codes.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTSPlayed a pivotal role as a structural designer for various projects in Central Africa which included eccentric foundations, floating columns and analysing frames with column spanning more than 15m.Contributed in designing a step well \lobby for a 5-star Hotel in Udaipur, India wherein the entire lobby was covered with a step well façade, cantilevered to the main structure.Designed a Ground + 18 storeyed structures on loose clayey soil avoiding the pile foundation system by enhancing the bearing capacity of the soil using rubble soling and compaction to achieve the desired result.
