Working in a national project under the crown prince of Bahrain, this project called Carrier Progression Program. This program was started 2008, aimed to enhance the local workforce in the privet sector, insure that we provide the Bahraini and the company owners the training that is required to improve the productivity. As BDO is managing this program in behave of the government. My main duty is to contact to convince the companies owners to enroll their Bahraini employees in the program. The achieved target was to enroll 10,000. My role was to start the dialogue with the clients and manage the process till the pay increase in the salary of the beneficiary is made, starting with first visit, signing the agreement, manage the TNA, deciding about the suitable training courses conducting the training, solving unseen issues and problems.

My main duty concentrated on but not limited to:• Developing the organizations’ development proposals.• Improve the training environment including the procedures in the privet and public sector.• Conduct the training needs and analysis.• Improve the human resources working procedures and create the rules and regulations, and the HR Manual.

Since I joined the companies I tried to reduce the employees issues.1800 employees need to be satisfy and well organized to give the maximum productivity.Find perfect solutions for every case, made this kind of job require dynamic personality, self-starter, and good speaker to develop strong relations between the management and the employees.
