Manpower Planning and HRM, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Appraisals, General Administration - Liaisioning with Local Govt. bodies.- Identify and prepare position status and maintaining the database system- Liaisioning / coordinating with respective HODs’ for their requirements, understanding their JDs and sourcing of profiles from portals.- Pre-screening the resumes for short-listing.- Taking the preliminary round and observe the “candidate-organization fit” closely.- Issuance of Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letter, Transfer letters, Termination letters, F & F, etc.- Joining formalities – supporting docs are submitted, allotment of employee codes, IDs’, email, bank accounts.- Exit interviews.- Monitoring the effective utilization of Manpower, retention of manpower & knowledge management.- Identifying the training needs, prepare training calendar and coordinating for conducting in-training programs.- Scheduling the trainings as per the requirement of the HODs.- Maintaining and updating the training records.- Periodic appraisal / performance review. - Developing internal faculties for conducting in-house training programs for cost effectiveness as well as enhancing skill levels. Monitoring the post training implementation.To manage day to day operation of administration operation and supervise the work of the junior staff.- Screening and shortlisting resumes from existing database & Job Portals.- Employee Relations (Induction, Offer/Confirmation Letters, Exit formalities, Mediclaim, Payroll, Flight Bookings, Handle Grievances- Manage recruitment and selection of all new employees and contract staff. - Negotiating and closing.- Generally to support specific dept. of the company such as HR, Accounts, Sales & Marketing & IT.- Overall management of Human Resources Function for an organization of around 8000 Staff.- Ensure that HR policies are in compliance with country regulations.
