Being headquartered in Dubai, it employs people drawn from wide range of nationalities in over 125 offices spread over 40 countries across GCC, ASIA and AFRICA.Current Job Title:In my current role, I handle and control the Management Information System (MIS), budgets, and Board meeting presentations for various entities operating in different currencies and business segments. I am responsible for the compilation, consolidation, and presentation of this data. My key responsibilities include:• Managing MIS, budgets, and Board meeting presentations across diverse currencies and business segments.• Compiling and consolidating profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other essential data for analysis.• Conducting variance analysis and ratio analysis (vertical and horizontal) to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.• Updating and refining MIS, budgets, and reporting templates based on changing business needs.• Communicating with group entities to address their reporting challenges and providing necessary support. • Analyzing data to identify and report abnormalities in submissions from various locations.• Maintaining a comprehensive database of all group entities.• Developing and maintaining templates and consolidation mechanisms for new reporting requirements.
