• To supply solutions and E2E order fulfillment of project supply, coordinate with supply center, project team and customer to guarantee the equipment delivered on time.• Responsible for supply management of Account Department projects, aligning with the operation strategy and business delivery model of the account department, and develop competitive logistics and supply solutions.• To manage and monitor the end-to-end order supply process, including initiating goods preparation for contracts, coordinating equipment production and shipment progress, and tracking logistics progress to meet customer and project delivery requirements.• To match the account department's operation requirements, obtain customer requirement forecasts in advance, cooperate with project team to develop supply strategies, and properly arrange transportation modes to ensure timely recognition of project revenue and cost reduction.• To maintain the cooperation relationship with the customer's supply chain department on a regular basis, and collaborate with the customer in terms of budget consumption, goods arrival plan, packaging, and inventory management to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining Product Configuration for 2G/3G/4G/5G sites as per the Designed Bill of Quantity in CPQ Software.• Modeling Delivery Configurations based on Technical Site Survey Report.• Designing DBOQ through Low Level Design (LLD).• Execution and closing of Pre-Sales and Sales contracts for (Wireless, Microwave, DWDM, IPRAN Configurations) Equipment, Software and Services.• Handles and initiates proof of concept testing to customer for the new technologies and equipment.• Warehouse Inventory Management using methods such as FIFO, LIFO, ABC Analysis etc.• Monitoring transfer of material from one BTS to other by recording SKU, transferred qty and compatibility.• Report and analyze KPIs of On-Time Delivery, Perfect Order Rate, Fill Rate, and Warehouse Inventory Turnover.• Providing order fulfillment reports on a biweekly basis to achieve quarterly and annually delivery targets.• Developing and monitoring MS Excel/Power BI dashboards to analyze warehouse inventory levels.• Coordination between Suppliers and Implementation Managers to timely fulfill customer requirements.• Ensuring that all processes are documented and remain up to date with continual process improvements.• Completion of tasks as per the SLAs defined by management.
