Construction Manager
Current● Responsible for site engineering activities and providing technical assistance to the Construction supervision team.● Develop, prepare and execute work plans for the construction activities in PRECAST ELEMENTS, INFRASTRUCTURE, FIT OUT, RTR PIPE LINES MANHOLES, and various other activates.● Ensure the work scope is managed, controlled and risk assessed by the Permit to Work.● Making estimations for concrete and other required material.● Liaising with ARAMCO PMT & PID, HSE, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, QS, procurement involved in the project.● Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site as required by the client ARAMCO PMT.● Performing and checking BRIDGE, CULVERTS AND PLIES design calculations and plans for projects and preparing technical reports.as per ARAMCO STANDARS & AMERICAN STANDARDS.● Liaising up with architects for deigns to analysis the structure using various codes (BRITISH CODES, EUROCODES and AMERICAN) and software’s.● Undertake regular site visits/inspections and manage any site investigation works.● Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities like Excavation, Backfilling, FDT (Field Density Test), Lean concrete, reinforce concrete, Curing, Moisture test, Surface preparation, Concrete coating, DFT (Dry Film Thickness).● Installation of Epoxy Coated / Uncoated Steel Bars of piers, piles, guarder, and beamspan Embedded Items and Form Closure Inspection.● Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & Project Inspection Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval.● Demonstrated ability to inspect various types of residential, commercial and industrial building.● Inspection of roads and utility diversions, earthworks, waterproofing, concreting & asphalt work.● Prepare the project status report as required conjunction with planner & procurement to share it with the PM & PD.
