Providing a turnkey main line signalling, telecommunication, supervision, security and fare collection system.•Leading the optical transmission telecom sub-system team through the system development life cycle (requirements analysis, detailed design, testing & commissioning, and customer training);•Verification of the design against customer requirements and standards;•Responsible of documentation production to demonstrate the sub-system design meets the clients requirements; detailed design, installation plans, FAT procedures, test plans and training documents;•Partially Responsible of telecom systems integration; •Co-ordination with other disciplines from signalling & telecom for the definition of interfaces;•Production of temporary and stage works designs;•Management of 3rd party equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure proposed equipment is suitable for the individual project requirements;•Attendance at internal and external co-ordination, progress and design review meetings;•Undertake design reviews of other concurrent Communication Systems designs;•Participated during FAT "Factory Acceptance Test" locally & abroad;•Responsible for customer sessions trainings for both sub-systems;•Leading/supporting a Testing & Commissioning telecom team covering 182 sites including both operational control centrals (main & backup);•Interface channel with customer and vendors. •Interfacing internally with: Project Manager, Engineering Managers, T&C Manager, Telecom/Signalling Lead Engineers, Telecom Engineers, QC department.
