Project Coordinator
Current- Reviewing and answering correspondences concerning the project with the clients, contractors, consultants and internally with other departments.
- Organizing and controlling coordination meetings between the stakeholders of the project.
- Ensuring the implementation of all PMO Management Plans (Time, Cost & Quality) for projects.
- Creating progress reports (weekly / monthly) to the Projects’ Manager.
- Ensuring / Controlling the documentation of all essential documentation
- Preparing and Managing tender process.
