Duties and responsibilities:• Operation and maintenance of Orange mobile core networks.• Carrying-out mobile core nodes routine health check and preventive maintenance to ensure the network stability and services availability.• Perform core night operations alongside with Orange and support teams for new integrations, configurations, and software updates.• Troubleshooting and analyzing all signaling traffic cases using system tools such as Anritsu and Wireshark by following the signaling flows and explore the issues root cause.• Strong interaction and follow-up with the system emergences, degradation, and service interruption to restore the services continuous functionality.• Have good knowledge in core networks architectures, protocols, calls flow, data flow, signaling flows, and new core nodes technologies including virtualization, containerization, and clouds.• Open tickets and follow-up with the supports in case of strange network behaviors. • Monitor CS/PS/IMS mobile networks KPIs, availability, and optimize the services performance.• Deploy and orchestrate the Huawei and Ericsson new clouds infrastructures.• 24/7 hours support over the phone with the teams in case of system faults and alarms.• Collaborate with the core engineering team to apply the new configurations on the core nodes.• Contribute with the vendors to implement the networks LLD and HLD for new projects.• Implementing on-site maintenance windows for hardware replacement and expansion.• Validating and testing all new systems and equipment.• Handling national/international traffic and implementing roaming services.• Executing the daily TT, FT, and WO.• Perform other duties assigned by the team leader.

Duties and responsibilities:• Raise up my knowledge in multi-radio technologies (mainly LTE and NR).• Service drops troubleshooting and analyzing to determine the root cause and solve it.• Wireless network performance monitoring and daily reporting.• Wireless network design and planning.• Site audit by follow up with the rigger and monitor its performance after activation.• Excellent in using PRS, OMStar, and U2020.• Support Zain team to accomplish the L2100 Load Balancing project.• Drive test using BHU and Assistant tools and take the suitable RF optimization action.• Daily check the worst cell list and apply an action to improve their performance.• Monitor the balancing between sectors layers and detecting unbalance cases.
