Submission of shipping documents on time via mail as well as dhl.Submission shipping documents via customer's portal.Submission of SI, VGM via shipping lines web site to ensure dispatch material on time and avoid rolling of containers and so storage, demurrage at POL.Managing the delivery process of goods and the placement and delivery of purchase orders.Work closely with the sales director to ensure the best supply chain solutions are achieved (incoterms, payment terms, POD).Preparation of management reports “dispatch report”Solid customer service background “as each customer has a certain requirement ”Handling vendors payments.Checking with freight forwarder submission of SO.Overseeing the packaging of goods for delivery.Investigating any logistics complaint.Having good applications of SAP system.Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs.Dealing with the shipping companies & follow the offers shipping quotes.Sending the insurance request related to the shipments & following up and reviewing the invoices related to the shipments.Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices.Follow the movement of the containers till it reached final destination.Excellent computer skills.Excellent knowledge of Excel.Ability to work under pressure.
