I'm a certified social media manager with experience in front-end web development, sales and shipping. I have a B.S in computer science from the Lebanese American University. I can speak 3 languages fluently: English, Italian and Arabic. I have basic knowledge in French language too.I completed a one year long course of Social Media Manager at "Istituto Volta" to sharp my skills in this field. I'm managing this work for a local company in Florence, Italy which offers consultancy service for people with eating disorders. I have created their website, landing page. I have updated their Facebook page and I created a YouTube channel. In addition, I'm running marketing campaigns on Facebook to get quality leads and acquire new likes. I run Google search campaign. I have knowledge in Google analytics and basic knowledge in SEO (search engine optimization) and video editing using Adobe Premier. I was the shop owner of a wholesale bags & shoes business for more than nine years. My long years of practicing business (trading) between China, Italy, Thailand, UAE and Lebanon couldn’t stop me from pursuing my passion toward technology. I found my passion in creating websites (front end only) and selling products/services through major social media networks (Facebook and Instagram). In late 2016, I decided to quit my trading business and I started to take intensive programming, one on one, courses at some of the most internationally recognized experts in the field: "codecademy.com" and "udacity.com". It was my attempt to update my bachelor degree in computer science earned years ago.During August 2018-March 2020, I was running a luxurious apartment, as a co-host, on Airbnb. I was able to make remarkable results. i.e. to generate high number of bookings with excellent rate. This experience helped me to sharpen my online sales skills and my communication skills with people from different cultures. During my career I worked a lot with people from different cultures. Mostly from China, United States, Italy, and Arabic gulf countries (GCC). This multi-cultural background, along with the courses i did, helped me to widen my vision in life and to master the online sales from all its aspects: 1-creating websites. 2-driving sales through social media. 3-customer service. 4-Shipping service.
