• MaSa Wastewater Network Operations Team is responsible for the operational performance of the wastewater networks, and is focused on minimizing environmental impact and public health risks to the community & Industries. • The key tasks of the team involve operational management of: o Wastewater Network o Wastewater Pumping Stations.o Wastewater Lift Stations. o Odour Control Chemical Dosing Units (CDU).Meeting compliance and regulatory requirements in Wastewater Networks is core business and critical to the success of MaSa. The Wastewater Network Operations is a key role in achieving the aforementioned requirements.

Investigate and respond to operational issues / incidents within wastewater networks, including regulatory obligations, customer complaints, reports from field staff and as directed Undertake strategy and design reviews for new capital works, provide direction on how existing networks can continue to function and carry out operational audits during construction and commissioningReview with area supervisors the prepared operational plans for the shutdown of assets for activities such as maintenance activities (mains cleaning, reservoir cleaning, power outages, lining works, etc), connection or replacement of new assets (mains, new pump stations / NRV’s / Wet well / High Voltage Network, etc), and manage it within operation teams if required. Investigate options and prepare project briefs / specifications to rectify operational or asset issues, in order to satisfy MaSa Operating needs and other regulatory requirements. Prepare operating and capital budgets, including financial interfaces, planning, forecasting and variation. Monitor overall asset performance and recurring issues to ensure appropriate refinement of MaSa Asset Management Plans occur. Preparation and reviewing of reports including but not limited to: incident situation reports, investigations, Root Cause Analyses (RCA), Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Assessments (FMECA), project funding submissions, monthly and annual reports, and other reports as required Use existing drawings, for the purposes of identifying trends, investigating abnormalities within wastewater systems Network, forecasting probable issues during planned shutdowns, and decision making during operational incidents. Review prepared and implement contingency plans, investigate further options and undertake other business continuity functions such as risk assessments, security and incident management planning. Contribute to incident prevention culture, taking direct action to actively reduce the risk of incidents.

• Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports. • Train and knowledge exchange with electricians. • Plan and supervise the work of electricians. • Plan and estimate electrical jobs. • Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel. • Assist contractors on jobs. • Assist selecting new employees by performing interview along with recruitment department during hiring stage. • Maintain knowledge of electrical materials in warehouse. • Advice coordinator and assistant director of technical problems concerned with installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments. • Recommend procedure revisions when necessary to fully utilize assigned personnel and equipment. • Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments. • Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments. • Examine electrical services for proper working procedures. • Perform related work as required.

I was working as Electrical Inspector for Saudi Aramco since 8/2001 at ABQAIQ area. The following lists are the most important point that I covered.• At Aramco we apply an Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard plus other international standards such as NEC, IEC, IEEE and etc. • Reviewing all the new/or modified engineering design packages and ensure the implementing of the standards.• Follow up all the new or modified activities.• Inspect whole plant against the standard valuations.• Appling the standards in all of the electrical activities.• Perform the yearly on stream inspection and record all the standards valuations then address all the points to the operation and engineering for rectifications or correction.• Periodically reviewing all the electrical standards with standard committee members and update accordingly.• Member of electrical reliability committee team to improve the electrical systems.• Member of electrical upgrading system committee.• Member of HAZOP study team.• Member of Quick Energy Audit for NGPD & SGPD GOSPs study team. Also I was a member of industrial advisory committees in JUBAIL INDUSTRIAL COLLEGE since the beginning of these committees. I am working with electrical committee. I have elaborated in many subjects to improve the electrical studies and support the electrical courses.

I was working as Electrical Supervisor since 10/05/1999 to 10/07/2001 in Saudi European Petrochemical Company (IBN ZAHR), Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia at their Polypropylene plant having a capacity of 320,000 TPA using UNIPOL technology. Moreover, I joined this company on October 1993 as electrical technician.From the beginning of the Polypropylene plant project, involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning, regular maintenance and trouble shooting of the following major electrical installations and updating of the documents as per TQM, ISO 9002.
