Assist Sourcing Team in the selection of bank's authorized suppliers and in the management of commercial relationships existing between the bank and its preferred supplier's base. Assist in updating bank's contracts on regular basis. Negotiate procurement contracts in consultation with Bank's Legal Department. Handling tender procedures steps from the warehouse perspective Assist in negotiating prices with vendors Related to the Maintenance of equipment & machines and collect quotation from the suppliers Assist in preparing accurate calendar to achieve high performance of warehouse team. Monitor &control the stock levels and prepare the warehouse requests to be submitted to the Sourcing team in order to recover the stock Ensure the accuracy and good quality of stationery , printed material and furniture received from the various suppliers Prepare & Send the printed materials and the stationary requests to the branches / departments in time and accurately. Assist in efficient management of stationery orders through receiving stationery, printed material, from the suppliers and ensure that they are properly recorded in the stock control sheet Prepare all stationary , printed materials , equipment to be dispatched to the new branches Assist & solving of all queries or complains from branches/departments regarding Maintenance & Warehouse issues To ensure shelves are neat and stationery well arranged to facilitate visual checks on stocks position and report to management any obsolete or stationery that has run out To ensure maintenance services are implemented as per Contract/SLA with suppliers
