• Manage all operation related to AR (Customer credit limit, Aging and collection)• Manage all operation related to AP (Vendor Invoice recording, Vendor Payment, and confirmations)• Manage all operation related to Costing and Inventory (Margin Analysis, Price Protection, and Inventory aging)• Manage all operation related to GL (Petty cash settlement and Accrual recording)• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the yearly budget and periodic financial forecasts and report variances• Prepare monthly financial statements• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting• Support month-end and year-end close process• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls• Coordinating and overseeing the audit processes• Issue Quarterly Audited Financial statements• ExCom Secretary to record the minutes of meeting and coordinate with the departments with the ExCom decisions

• Follow up weekly closing and “channel visibility” reports.• Follow up and prepare the monthly closing and financial reports for i2 and consolidation.• Follow up and prepare the monthly and quarterly sales representatives’ achievements report.• Follow up and prepare the company yearly budget and quarterly forecasting.• Follow up the Inventory aging analysis on weekly basis.• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis• Support Top Management with reports, analysis and presentations• Follow up on Daily General Journal Transaction including Petty cash and sister company accounts• Follow up on Accounts payable invoicing and payments for Foreign and Domestic Vendors• Follow up and control Fixed Assets register• Project management for the company critical projects • Follow up and control the company strategy office

▪ Prepare and monitor Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial reports regarding company performance▪ Prepare and monitor the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Budget reports▪ Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly sales and stock analysis reports▪ Prepare and monitor sales achievement vs target on monthly basis for sales department▪ Prepare and monitor the inventory aging on weekly basis▪ Prepare ad-hoc reports to support the management▪ Prepare the Management reports and presentations
