CurrentGalal Trading & Distributing Co. is a Retail & Wholesale Trade company which is specialized in shoes & bagsMy duties is to manage the whole company activities as the company started to import leather products from china in late 2014 , I was responsible for pricing the goods imported according to the cost , dealing with wholesale customers and maximizing sales to them , participating in choosing imported models, distribution of goods after customers orders , and handling cash collection .In another hand I am responsible for the Retail branches from A to Z , recruiting employees, pricing system, supervise all branches , cash collection, maximizing revenues of branches, and leading the team for the best results.Duties:Organize all stores operations and allocate responsibilities to personnelSupervise and guide staff towards maximum performancePrepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiencyMonitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budgetDeal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputationInspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arisePlan and oversee in-store promotional events or displaysKeep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the storeAnalyze sales and revenue reports and make forecastsEnsure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
