• Receiving the shipping documents (air freight & Ocean freight & Land freight) from EDC foreign freight forwarders, revising & deliver to EDC Logistics outdoors representative.• Follow up the ready and pending shipments with the suppliers and freight forwarders and giving them shipping instruction when needed.• Handling all process of the Ex-Work shipments till deliver. • Follow with EDC Logistics outdoors representative the ready customs declarations of the all shipments which… Show more • Receiving the shipping documents (air freight & Ocean freight & Land freight) from EDC foreign freight forwarders, revising & deliver to EDC Logistics outdoors representative.• Follow up the ready and pending shipments with the suppliers and freight forwarders and giving them shipping instruction when needed.• Handling all process of the Ex-Work shipments till deliver. • Follow with EDC Logistics outdoors representative the ready customs declarations of the all shipments which issued from the operators and EGPC in order to send them to our local freight forwarders for clearance.• Checking and revising the customs declarations that received from EGPC before sending them to our local freight forwarders.• Follow with the freight forwarders till release and deliver the shipments.• Notify the person in charge in other departments with the status of the delivery the released shipments.• Make an easy reference to all the shipments shipped to EDC through registering them in the logistics Import log.• Prepare vouchers in conformity with the signed agreement.• Responsible for updating the outstanding report and tracking the shipments. • Follow with the Free Zone companies till receiving the ready customs declarations and deliver its customs certificates.• To provide all import procedures from the date of receiving the shipping documents until shipment released.• Supervision and responsible of the import shipments process.• Reverting on the shipping instructions and contractors list to all foreign freight forwarders.• Reverting on the Free Zone orders contractors’ name.• When required attends to other tasks as instructed by the Logistics Controller.• To provide services in all areas related to logistics in accordance with EDC’s policies and established procedures.• When required prepare the renewal documents of all temporary exemption of the Shipments to avoid paying customs fines.• Arrange monthly Air Freight report for all rigs freight cost.
