• To guide and lead HR team to deliver HR services in accordance with company policies & procedures to meet company's objectives.• Supervise and manage payroll process.• Plan & implement recruitment campaigns according to the operations requirements.• Supervise and direct the recruitment & selection process.• Supervise conducting an orientation for new comers to get employees engagement with the company• Conducting the training needs analysis to prepare the annual training plan. • Developing and maintain HR policies and procedure to promote HR practices.• Attend the employees’ grievances and recommend appropriate course of actions to sort out the employees problem/ complains and control the implementation of employee’s penalties.• Ensure the termination, resignation and dismissal process are conducted as per company procedure and labor law.• Ensure all employees’ issues are matching with labor law and social insurance law.

- Recruitment and selection process to hire the best candidates according to cost centers specifications, existing procedures, agreed timescales and cost center’s budgets.- Controlling the manpower movements (new recruitment, transferring employees to another project & replacement).- Ensure the termination, resignation and dismissal process are conducted as per company procedure and labor law and the exit interviews are conducted with summary reports prepared on regular basis.- Reviewing and analyzing the annual performance appraisal results in order to prepare the annual training plan accordingly.- Advising managers on employee-related matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions based on labor law roles.- Employee relations issues.- Assisting the HRM in preparing compensation scheme for new projects.- Maintaining & developing the department procedure.- Ensure all employees’ issues are matching with labor law and handling all the issues with labor office.- Handling all the issues with Social Insurance office.- Supervising the administration of personnel records.- Preparing regular progress reports to the Management about the latest manpower statuses.- Following up and maintain good record for the labor legal cases (courts, labor office and ministry of labor).- The Settlement of legal labor disputes.- Supervising the process of transferring the employees to medical committees in case of work accident.- Issuing visit visas from/ to Egypt.
