• Responsible for installation of electrical rooms sub- main distribution boards and the associated DB for each villa with a total demand load of 50KW per villa.• Installation supervision: ensure proper installation of electrical components and systems according to design specifications and safety standards. • Installation and Monitoring total of 10 on-grid solar power plants in the project for more than 100kw each totaling of 1 MW.• Lead testing and commission for MEP systems not limited to air balancing, fire alarm, electrical functionality, & video intercom.• Coordination: Collaborating with consultants, contractors, technicians, and other engineers to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems with other construction elements.• Inspections: Conducting MEP inspections at different stages of installation to verify compliance and functionality.• Attaining through coordinating with both client and authority personnel, the taking-over certificate, and the building completion certificate as part of job responsibilities.• Strong understanding of Estidama requirements to achieve a minimum pearl 2 Operational, Villa, Community, & Building Rating System to foster holistic sustainable environment to sustainable.• Review the relevant As-Built drawings submitted by the subcontractor and make sure that all site conditions are adequately addressed before formally submitting them to the consultant. • Thoroughly supervise overall site activities, ensuring adherence to contractual specifications, upholding excellent construction practices, exclusive use of approved materials, compliance with shop drawings, and timely reporting to the Construction Manager.
