I work as a Business Development Manager at Fahad Al-Olayan Group, which operates in the contracting and real estate investment sectors. The group owns several hotels, resorts across Saudi Arabia, and a tourism company.

I am responsible for several critical aspects related to establishing the company, including the formation of the business, selecting its structure, and ensuring that all legal formalities are completed efficiently. My role extends to choosing the most suitable production lines by researching, sourcing, and negotiating with suppliers to align with our strategic goals. I focus on building a dynamic and skilled team, recruiting talent that matches the company’s vision and culture. Additionally, I conduct thorough feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of our business strategies, analyzing market trends, competition, financial forecasts, and potential risks to make informed decisions. Furthermore, I represent the company in negotiations and interactions with financial institutions, preparing and presenting business plans, securing funding, and managing relationships with lenders and investors. My efforts ensure that the company is well-structured, financially sound, and positioned for sustainable growth.

I lead a team of engineers to develop a work strategy for all North Coast projects, totaling 5 projects, to accomplish technical tasks and coordinate with supervisory bodies to avoid issues. Additionally, I supervise the manufacturing process in the plant related to the scope of work and ensure proper installation with theexecution engineers.

I have been responsible for coordinating between consultants and subcontractors in the technical aspect withinspecialized fields. This includes approving technical drawings and structural calculations for subcontractors,which are then endorsed by the consultants. I also undertake structural design for all project components andensure their approval.

During my academic years, I established the office using personal funds as a supplementary income source. Theoffice organized approximately 10 Hajj and Umrah trips and managed numerous flight bookings through theAmadeus system, in collaboration with Al-Mohammadia Group for Hajj and Umrah in Cairo, in addition todomestic flights. Activity ceased due to travel restrictions amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, allowing meto fully dedicate myself to my studies.
