Responsible of ensuring that equipment and systems´ elements are kept preserved during every phase of the project from arrival to site until Client handover.Hold meetings with mechanical and Materials department to be aware of the shipments of every material and equipment. Completing the preservation work within the specified time frame and sending the problems to the vendor to find a solution agreed upon by the project parties Supervising supervisors and workers to carry out work agreed upon by the vendor and the client and give them advice to deliver the work with the best efficiency .Communicate to Material and Quality departments any damage on materials. Perform surveillances and reporting any lack of preservation, or bad practicefound about storage and handle any material of the project. Full knowledge about the corporate discipline tools, procedures and its application to control the daily work• Alert to Lead of discipline about lack of preservation of material, losses or damages that requires and immediate action from other departments (Procurement / Quality departments) Send the preservation reports & update tasks in the system.Review lifting plan for critical equipment before submission to get clientapproval.• Preservation of all installed equipment.Reviewing and monitoring subcontractors' planning and progress reporting. • Reviewing all vendor print (material requisitions, GA, sectional, mechanicalseal drawings, spare parts, data sheets, P&ID Following up, supervising and managing the construction activities(installation, pre-alignment, final alignment
