1) Review and Approved the Design Dwg., Bill of Qty., Specification & Calculation for all mechanical activities (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire) for more than 15 Buildings ( Colleges, celebration hall, Sports facilities, Central Ware House, Administration Building, Safety & Security Building, Operation And Maintenance Bldg. & Hospital )2) Review and Approved the Materials Submittals 3) Review and Approved the Supplier 4) Design of mechanical activities (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire) for some building (Masjid , Security Rooms, Ware House 5) Follow up the progress of projects 6) Revising periodic invoices for contractors 7) Member of the committees for the receipt of works from contractors 8) Hold meetings as owner's representative with consultants and contractors 9) Follow-up maintenance contractor at the university, and make the necessary reports in case of problems of maintenance work at the university ( Fire fighting system, HVAC & Ventilation system, Water Supply system, Plumbing system, Gases system) .

Work as director of the mechanical work of the buildings Deans Umm Al Qura University in Mecca for two months, then move on to work as director of the mechanical work of the buildings of central services at King Faisal Ahsa and workable included the following: -1) Review the drawings before submission to the consultant.2) coordination between the HVAC system, fire fighting system, Plumbing system, Civil and Architectural to avoid conflicts during execution.3) Make submittal materials and drawing to the consultant.4) orders for the supply of raw materials to the site.5) Follow-up the erection of the work and delivered to the consultant.

My work included the next :-1) Follow up tow project first one in Egypt 10 of Ramadan city & Second in Sudia (Rabigh City ) for Workshop drawing, bill of quantity, specifications & quotations from subcontractors (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing) .2) Review The Work Shop Drawing from Consultant & Bill of Quantity before start construction .3) Preparation the Bill of Quantity for some item like Piping, Fitting, Valves, Duct, Split Unite, ……etc. 4) Cost Estimated for the installation works in the Project ( Piping, Valves, Site Weld Tanks, Silo, Duct, Steel Structure, Equipment's, ….etc.) .5) And I'm estimated cost for More than one hundred and fifty project .
