The scope of the role involves the accountability of ensuring the availability of the Mars products on time, right quality, and quantity to be sold across a large market. Customer centricity is the core of the role starting from the product freshness, customer care programs, and competitive pricing. This market involves 5 sub-regions, 6 big-scale warehouses, and a global network of Mars Supply factories. Also, the role involves leading a team to deliver all types of market activations throughout the whole year. Finally, the role holder is part of the Saudi Management team and has accountability with his peers delivering the unit results and the Associates well being and engagement.

• Develop and execute annual operating plan and five years strategy to grow and expand the factory.• Coach supervisors and managers to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality.• Manage direct and indirect controllable costs to meet overall cost index target.• Manage overall plant profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for production, maintenance, and quality control and warehouse.• Ensures compliance with all health & safety regulations.• Oversees overall responsibility for food safety and adherence to quality compliance mandates.• Track key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise the achievement of financial targets.• Oversee the scheduling process for receiving and delivering raw materials and finished products promptly.• Manage the inventory process, ensuring optimal levels of full goods are maintained to fulfil daily sales needs.
