Seasoned General Manager of Vocational & Technical Academy in Dubai with a degree in Electrical Engineering sub-majoring in computer micro-processors architecture and over 30 years of professional experience in growing achievements for private and government sectors in different countries, mainly in United Arab Emirates since 1994. Keen to leverage leadership and managerial expertise as a project manager for the Emirate of the Emirate of Sharjah Government for 5 years and the Emirate of Dubai Government for 18 years. Executed, operated and managed medium and large size training projects that led to cutting costs by saving unnecessary equipment and minimize the use of manual paper work, which formed the corner stone of the current Dubai Smart Government. In addition, one of the first five persons to work on the preparation of the establishment of Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) that looks after the quality and performance of the educational institutions in the Emirate of Dubai as well as established, operated and managed two new departments in the same Authority.Parallel to that, developed my skills to a dynamic and creative systems analysis and software developer with over 15 years of experience in producing applications for different types of businesses from small to medium size companies to systemize their manual paper transactions such as fully accounting system integrated with Spare Parts sales, Clinics, TV and FM Radio customized applications, Auto Workshops, Students Tracking Systems for Sharjah Police Academy and other private training institutions
