CurrentIn my role as a MEAL Coordinator (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), I operated under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and maintained close collaboration with key team members, including the Program Manager, Projects Coordinator, and Reporting Officers Coordinator. At our Head Office, I assumed the responsibility of overseeing and leading MEAL activities and Database Management.My key responsibilities encompassed:Monitoring and Evaluation of HRO Projects: I conducted rigorous monitoring and evaluation processes for projects under the purview of Hope Revival Organization (HRO).Baseline and PDMs (Participatory Development Meetings): I organized and facilitated baseline assessments and Participatory Development Meetings. Subsequently, I generated analytical reports, both qualitative and quantitative, to derive valuable insights.M&E Tool Development: I played a role in developing, reviewing, and harmonizing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools, with a particular focus on data management as integral components of MEAL/M&E Plans.Post-Intervention Monitoring: I conducted post-intervention monitoring efforts to assess project outcomes and impacts.Cross-Cutting Issues: Through follow-up missions with program teams, I ensured the integration of cross-cutting issues into project planning and execution.Accountability Frameworks: I monitored and oversaw the implementation of accountability monitoring frameworks, contributing to transparency and trust-building with stakeholders.Validation of Reports: I assumed the responsibility of validating the relevance and accuracy of reports, analyses, maps, and recommendations produced by the MEAL department or Project Managers before their dissemination.M&E Plan Review: In grant applications, I diligently reviewed M&E plans, paying specific attention to log frame indicators and means of verification to ensure alignment with project objectives and outcomes.
