 Responsible for All E-Payments testing and UAT including ATMs and POS, making sure that all testing scenarios are covered to sustain an efficient operation environment including (New ATM Flow, New ATM Software, Software Fixes, new templates, New E-payments' projects and New ATM hardware upgrade rollouts. CBE /ABE initiative for more than 1000 ATMs installation and operation 2021/2022 Responsible for Installation team planning with ATM vendors (NCR / RAYA), Communication vendors (MAXOR /WE) and CIT (AMANCO/ EGYCASH). Supervision over new terminals installation forms (ATM GL creation, Terminal ID, Ports, Ips and final checklist approval) Supervision over Logical and physical PCI-DSS compliance over ABE ATM including terminals and backend systems. Supervision over Day-to-day operation for the ATM Ops team (Incident & Cash) including CIT and Branches. Supervision over Monitoring systems for incidents management (Vision for NCR and Vynamic view for DN) and for Cash Management (360 CCMS for NCR and MV Master for DN). Supervision over Daily operation reports management (ATM Cash position report, ATM Replenishment report, ATM Hardware availability report, ATM communications report) Supervision over ATM Network Availability analysis and enhancement actions. Supervision over vendors SLA maintenance penalties. Responsible for ATM monitor team technical support including investigation for hardware and software issues with ATM vendors till final solution. Responsible for Reconciliation team technical support and reporting odd cases including investigations till final solution. Supervision over new rollout plans (H.W upgrades, new Software upgrades). Supervision over ATM vandalism/ accident insurance cycle till terminal go live again. Responsible for ATM training process for all ABE branches (Custodians). Member of ABE technical committee for new ATM tenders including RFP setting, technical evaluation and scoring.

- Leading a number of ten customer engineers In Delta area distributed around three governorates and giving all team members full technical support.- Review, discuss all team KPI's and giving support to enhance our performance.- Managing all installation and upgrade plans inside delta area and giving support to our customer concerns by escalating them to the proper associate, team member or account support manager or the control tower and make sure all incident resolved to sustain customer's delight and satisfaction within the agreed SLA.- Supporting business team by achieving their requests and meeting a high level of service.- Building a strong and stable relationship between all team members by setting a weekly meeting to review obstacles & needings and donig my best to resolve them.- Responsible of newly hired team members training.- Giving reports to reward the best performant from the team and giving support or extra training to the worst untill he achieves a high level of performance.

- Managing a wide geographic area with large number of ATMs - Installation and maintenance of ATM machines (software and hardware) - Peripheral device configuration, support and maintenance including mobile device and desk phone configuration and support - Enhancing service quality and equipment reliability by improving workflows and optimizing maintenance processes - Assists with development and coaching of junior maintenance staff - Achieving the customer satisfaction and delight - Supporting Queuing systems ( calling systems) hardware & software - Supporting Trans-IT products including terminals and printers in railway stations
