Review All transactions relating to the employees on the oracle system.Ensure that all changes for employees are approved so that accurate payments can be generated in accordance with the company grading system and the policyReview entered data on the system, update cost Centre for employees, Process payroll on timeMonthly reports and Reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts.Review bank accounts for employees, update them, And prepare electronic bank transfers.Review the employee's End of Service Settlement and the employee's vacation Settlement in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures.Prepare and process all GOSI transactions and follow up with GOSI.Answer queries regarding payroll, Coordinate with depts. to improve payroll system services.Monthly analysis of the obstacles to be resolved and to improve the system.Provide cost analysis and salaries and wages information as required for budgetary purposes and Key Performance Indicators (includes KPIs of employee loyalty, labor relation, compensation, training and development, recruitment, etc.)
