Asset and liability management Responsibilities:-* Implementing an assets and liabilities strategy (Gapping) that optimizes the bank return in accordance with the ALCO guidelines /recommendations. * Managing balance sheet, cash flow and ensuring provision of fund for the bank. * Managing maturity ladder, and balance sheet position. * Developing and recommending financial policies, Capital structure, hedging policies as well as maintenance of bank’s relationships. * Maintain, monitor and review capital and liquidity risk framework and limits and controls, policies and governance. * Analysing the impact of domestic and international markets on the performance of bank products of services.

Remittance and Foreign Exchange Department, Head office. Responsibilities:-* Effecting In-ward remittances to bank customers. * Effecting Out-ward remittances for customers. * Handling different In-ward remittance issues with correspondents by specific Messages in swift category one and swift category nine. * Handling Compliance issue with correspondents. * Handling customers with their In-ward-remittance issues. * Following regular updating of the regulations, rules, and guidelines of swift Messages.

Teller, Head of cash, Customer service representative, and all Banking operations at Dokki branchResponsibilities:- * Managed team of three teller officers. * Verified customer data and performed credit checks. * Responded to customer inquiries in a timely fashion. * Analyse financial reports and complied data for central departments. * Help clients in select appropriate financial products. * Open and close approximately 40 commercial bank accounts a week. * Compile and analyze banking data and report on findings (100 % accuracy Rate). * Help clients make financial plans and set goals. * Ensure that clients are satisfied with banking services.
