Provide all types of support and follow up to all branches and units outside Egypt ( France, Frankfurt, Lebanon & UAE ):Review operational queries/problems of External branches in consultation with the different divisions at the HQ.Build and maintain strong and effective relationship between External branches and head offices divisions as well as between the different branches with one another, to achieve bank’s goals.Review and analyze the branch operations and recommended best practices, if any to achieve business excellence.Coordinated and assists overseas units to resolve issues highlighted by management or audit shortcomings including liaising with various departments in head office to conclude the issues.Act as an entrepreneur for External branches introducing the new business opportunities in the different branches in order to achieve growth.Prepare a periodical updated market study for each region regarding BM competitive position, compare to the other working banks in the Area of BM presence.Review the market studies about a potential areas in which BM has an intention for its presence & prepare the executive memos including the recommendations.Build up a solid segment updated data base for the target customers for each region (existing, prospected ) to achieve the potential market penetration.Manage an administrative process and providing a technical support to the staff in the division.

Financial Responsibility:Preparing branch's financial position, financial analysis to submit to head office & competent parties.Handling the regulatory authority reports( Central Bank, Inspection, ….etc).Handling the FX position with head office.Follow up branch's reconciliation and make a proper settlement with branches & head office.Preparing monthly Central Bank's reports. Administrative Responsibility:Follow up maintenance companies ( performance, contracts & contacts).Payment of all branch’s expenses.Responsible for Treatment of any unusual administrative issues.

Provide all types of support and follow up to all branches and units outside Egypt ( France, Frankfurt, Lebanon & UAE ):Provide statistics and recommendations for improving the business performance via continuous analysis of the External Branches based on ( SWOT ) analysis.Supervise and share in preparation of a full study “Economical, Political, social,……....etc” about countries in which BM has ( existing, prospected ) presence.Review these units’ financial statements for analytical purposes.Reviewing terms and conditions of the UAE’s branches and set proposed amendments with coordination with UAE’s management and HQ.Reviewing the manuals of UAE’s branches and recommend the proper amendments.Coordinate preparation of any subordinated loans for External branches and units with relevant departments .Review the budget of External branches and coordinate to be approved from the HQ in Egypt.Follow up the regulatory authority reports ( ACP, central Banks, inspection, …….etc ) and External branches’ reply.
