• Managing Salary and Compensation activities i.e., Monthly preparations and calculations ,Commissions and Bonuses and ensuring is being paid on timely manner • Managing and Maintaining Monthly Statutory Deductions i.e., Payee + SdL , NSSF, WCF and Medical Schemes • Maintaining and Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the staff compensation details to payroll system • Managing Human Resource Information Data Base ( HRISM) i.e., Registering , Updating, Managing, Promoting and Terminating • Developing and Implementing Human Resource Policies , Procedures and Guidelines • Managing Employee contract signing activities i.e. for new contract and renewing • Doing real market surveying and understanding and providing report on salary market change• Performance management activities• Develop and Implementing employee development skills and competences • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations• Manging outside good relationship with society and government agenies • Onboarding and Offboarding activities

• Managing Recruitment Process i.e., hiring formal and casual staff and ensuring full supply of labour • Managing performance assessment activities for both functional and casual staff i.e., evaluating performance on monthly bases • Managing to do Payroll activities for both casual and formal staff • Conduct and managing training and development activities for both formal and casual staff • Manage to develop and create strong labour channel that has ensuring full supply of right talent for both formal and casual staff • To create good image and good relationship among employee and company• To manage employee data base system i.e., HRISM• Managing good relationship with outside society and government agencies i.e., NSSF, WCF, OSHA and Trade Unions• Effective managing and updating the leave plan• Manage to do induction activities for the new employee• Managing compensation activities • Developing and Managing HR Policies i.e., Recruitment and Selection Policies, Compensation and Reward Policies
