• Operates and maintains Building Management system for function and monitors against approved benchmarks to include; HVAC,Lighting,Security, Fire Suppression,Power Generation,Plumbing,and Electrical for multiple locations.• Monitors and verifies operation for all BMS fields devices.• Monitors of fire detections alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector,sprinkler, emergency exit,water leak detection systems and gas monitor system in coordination with safety function.• Submit Traffic management plan and reportedly mitigation measures through ITS for the un-obstructive operation of traffic inside the tunnel.• Responsible for carrying out the following incident task: A. Event/ incident/emergency detection and observation.B.Confirmation and notification C.Monitoring and operational response actions.D.Recording of information and event logging/ follow-up.E. Reporting.
