- Constantly monitor business performance of the agency (in all areas and in all the branches) against budget/plan- Formulate and implement appropriate business strategies and plans which enable the agency to achieve company objectives- Plan and carryout the appropriate steps/measures to ensure achievement and maximisation of business targets- volume, revenue , Profit etc- Direct the team in Identifying and developing new market segments, creating/tapping new opportunities and developing relationship with Key customers- Direct the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing (commercial) plan overseeing that all commercial plans and objectives are aligned with agency strategies and objectives- Direct the formulation of implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of branch activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to internal and external customer- Create a healthy organizational climate and culture, lead and manage the team so that overall agency performance is maximized- Play key role in recruiting, and developing talented senior staff

- Develop sales strategy for Business Solutions customers and work closely with team leadersto achieve strategy objectives.- Monitor and report current market trends, competition, share and developments to countrymanager and other stakeholder- Ensure customer channel migration in accordance with channel strategy, and seek foropportunities for migration of customers to higher segments- Provide recommendations on enhancing incentives schemes for the staff

- In charge for Express Product (Inbound/Outbound)- Handling all clearance process.- Handling all the out and the inbound communications.- Supervising on the inbound customer service.- Sales indoor.- Supervising on the distribution ( All products Express, domestic, magazines) - Follow up with grand couriers about delivery process.
