Enerflex Middle East, Control Room OperatorOct. 2022 - NowShams Central Process Plant (Block No: 44)• Monitor and control of the plant process and associated parameters from the Distributed Control System (DCS).• Register the most important parameters, plant conditions and events in the log-book.• Interact with the Field Operators regarding the operational parameters of the plant during regular operations, troubleshooting, start-ups and shut-downs.• Understand the maintenance management system (work order, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance) mythologies.• Ensure that all the submitted recommendations by the Laboratory, Maintenance and other departments are followed up and being highlighted to the Operation Leads.• Reporting unsafe acts, conditions within the work though LPT/IMT Observation Card.• During shift changes, supply all the necessary information to the next team to maintain or improve the plant performance.• Ensure that the regular daily, weekly, monthly reports are generated on time and submitted.• Understand the plant P & ID’s drawings, cause & effect matrix and Fire & Gas detection system.• Produce and present an induction training and familiarization sessions to colleagues and visitors.

Exterran Middle East, Sr. Field OperatorOct.2014 - Dec.2019Shams Central Process Plant (Block No: 44) • Operating and monitoring all process equipment's and related maintenance activities as required and within the Operations, Maintenance and QHSE guidelines in the designated plant’s and areas.• Monitor operational parameters in the field and routine logging of the same in the respective log-sheets.• Ensure that all QHSE standards and procedures (LOTO, PTW, TBT, JHA) are implemented in the field and documented correctly in the control room.• Dealing with chemical substance such as AMINE (Remove toxic gas), Amine Absorption, Amine Regeneration, GLYCOL Injection (Dehydration), and Glycol regeneration. PROPAN Compression(Cooling hydrocarbons), Condensate stabilizer & different kind of oils.• Servicing and checking the state of different kind of equipment such as pumps, Wartsila, Waukesha engine driven Gas compressors, generators, heat exchanger, reverse osmosis, vessels, tank & scrubbers. Hot oil Heater, Instrument Air. 3 Phase separators.• Collect data from the equipment & samples.• Register the most important parameters, plant conditions and events in the log-book.• Shut-down and start up the respective systems whenever is required.• Top up oil and cooling systems and monitor on-line chemical injection system where applicable.• During shift changes, supply all the necessary information to next team to maintain or improve the plant performance.• Ensure and enforce the house keeping attitudes in the field during regular days and after maintenance activity performed.
