As a student representative in the 98th batch of the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, I represent the voice and interests of approximately 1000 students across four groups (A, B, C, D). I am responsible for:- Leading and coordinating the Student Council and its committees, which organizes a variety of academic, social and cultural events for students and the college community.- Communicating and collaborating with external institutions, organizations and teams, such as the university administration, training and event organizations to facilitate exchange programs, workshops, conferences and research opportunities for students.- Supervising and managing the college and batch media and social media production teams, which includes creating and publishing newsletters, videos and blogs on social media.- Enhancing the student experience and satisfaction by providing feedback, suggestions, and complaints to the college authorities, resolving conflicts and issues among the students, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.Through this role, I have developed and demonstrated strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for medical education and innovation. I am always eager to learn from others and to contribute to the advancement of the medical field and the society.
