As a result, I was promoted in 6 months to act as a project manager overseeing two highly visible multi-million development projects with aggressive project deadlines. I managed two project teams with sizes of 120 and 200 team members respectively. Team Makeup included: Civil engineers, site supervisors, foremans, autocad operators and construction workers. I ensured on-time and within budget delivery of both projects by developing thorough project plans, mitigating risks, actively monitoring & adjusting project schedules, making executive decisions, effectively managing resources, developing trusting relationships, and motivating project teams.
